Questions from sellers in Azerbaijan

Can I sell without an Epoint account?
Yes. Cash on delivery and bank transfer can be enabled on every plan. Once your Epoint merchant account is approved, you add card payments too; Epoint requires a VÖEN (tax ID) and a business account in Azerbaijan.
How does shipping work?
You set the shipping fee yourself: a flat fee or free shipping above a certain amount. There is no automatic integration with Azərpoçt or courier companies yet; you ship with the company you have an agreement with.
Do I pay the plan fee in manat?
Plan prices are shown in manat; the payment is taken by card in US dollars.
In which language do I get support?
Our support team works in Turkish: email, WhatsApp and support tickets. The admin panel can also be used in Azerbaijani and Russian.
Which plan includes a Russian storefront?
The store's main language can be chosen on every plan. Publishing a second language in addition to the main one (e.g. Russian alongside Azerbaijani) is available on Growth and Professional.
