1. Data Controller
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed within the scope described below by FENİKYA YAZILIM BİLİŞİM VE İNTERNET HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter "Fenikya" or "the Company") acting as data controller.

3. Purposes of Processing
- Providing the platform service and creating your store.
- Administering the contractual relationship and fulfilling contractual obligations.
- Processing payments and issuing invoices.
- Carrying out customer support and communication activities.
- Operating information security processes.
- Providing marketing and informational communications with your explicit consent.
- Providing information to authorised persons, institutions and organisations.
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
In line with the processing purposes and in accordance with the conditions set out in articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred:
- to service providers (iyzico, cloud hosting providers, email services)
- to authorised public institutions and bodies (in response to lawful requests)
- to tax advisers and accountants (within the scope of legal obligations)
. Data is not transferred abroad and is stored on servers located within Turkey.
5. Method of Collection and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected through:
- registration and order forms on the platform,
- email and support requests,
- cookies and analytics tools,
in electronic form. The legal bases are as follows:
- Formation and performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
- Compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç).
- Legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
- Explicit consent (for specific cases such as marketing communications).
6. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Under article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the following rights:
- to learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- to request information if it has been processed,
- to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- to know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
- to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- to request erasure or destruction,
- to request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- to object to a result adverse to you arising from analysis by automated systems,
- to claim compensation if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
7. How to Apply
To exercise the rights set out above, you may submit your application:
