No — we take no platform commission on your sales (0%) on any plan, including Starter, Growth and Professional. Fenikya works on a subscription model: you pay a fixed monthly or yearly fee. (Only your payment provider's own commission applies, and that goes to them, not to us.)
We support all of Türkiye's popular payment providers, led by iyzico and PayTR. Direct bank integrations (Garanti, İşbank, Akbank, Yapı Kredi), cash on delivery and bank transfer are also available.
Yes. You can connect your own domain (.com, .com.tr and so on) to your store and publish it securely with a free SSL certificate. If you don't have a domain, you can buy one through the platform.

Yes. You can bulk-import product, category, customer and order data in XML/CSV format. For complex migrations our technical team provides free guidance. A migration typically takes 1–2 days.
