No. Thanks to the drag-and-drop interface and ready-made themes, you can build your store with no coding or design knowledge. Average setup takes a few minutes, and our support team is there whenever you get stuck.
Yes — a 14-day free trial, and we don't ask for card details. You get access to every feature during the trial. If you don't like it you pay nothing; if you do, you pick the plan that suits you and carry on.
No — we take no platform commission on your sales (0%) on any plan, including Starter, Growth and Professional. Fenikya works on a subscription model: you pay a fixed monthly or yearly fee. (Only your payment provider's own commission applies, and that goes to them, not to us.)

Yes. You can connect your own domain (.com, .com.tr, etc.) to your store and publish it securely with a free SSL certificate. If you do not have a domain yet, buy one from any registrar and connect it in a few minutes.
Yes. Live sync runs with Trendyol and Hepsiburada; the N11 connection is ready too, and Amazon integration is coming soon. Manage all your sales channels from a single panel and sync stock automatically.
Yes. You can bulk-import product, category, customer and order data in XML/CSV format. For complex migrations our technical team provides free guidance. A migration typically takes 1–2 days.
We provide support in Turkish. You can reach us from the Support Tickets section of your panel, by email or on WhatsApp. Support tickets can be opened on every plan; on the Professional plan they are handled with priority.
Your data travels over SSL-encrypted connections and is backed up automatically every day. The panel uses two-step verification. Personal data is processed under the KVKK.
