MNG Kargo (DHL eCommerce) Integration

MNG Kargo has joined DHL Group and now trades as "DHL eCommerce". Your contract and customer number stay the same; what changed is the brand name and the API. In the Fenikya panel the carrier is listed as "DHL eCommerce" — don't look for a row saying "MNG Kargo".

What does the MNG Kargo (DHL eCommerce) integration do?

Shipment creation

The order and barcode steps are chained in the background; you press one button.

Tracking number

The tracking number returned by the barcode step is written to the order automatically.

Province/district code resolution

The API wants codes, not city names; Fenikya resolves them from the address automatically.

Cash on delivery

Collect-on-delivery shipments are supported.

What do you need before you start?

Having these ready before you begin will speed things up:

  • An MNG Kargo (DHL eCommerce) contract: your customer number and password
  • An application created in the MNG developer portal: Client Id and Client Secret
  • A sender address definition

How do you set it up?

  1. Open a developer account at apizone.mngkargo.com.tr. Registration is free and asks for no company or tax details.
  2. Create an application in the portal; the Client Id and Client Secret are generated automatically.
  3. Subscribe your application to the products you'll use (some plans are free and need no approval).
  4. In the Fenikya panel go to Settings → Shipping and pick DHL eCommerce from the list.
  5. Fill in four fields: Client Id, Client Secret, customer number and customer password.
  6. Test the connection. Fenikya verifies the portal keys and the customer credentials separately and tells you which one is wrong.

If you get stuck during setup, you can write to our support team.

Who is this integration for?

For domestic sellers with an MNG Kargo / DHL eCommerce contract. If you ship internationally, the DHL Express integration is the one you want, not this page — they are separate services with separate APIs.

Common problems

I can't find an "MNG Kargo" row in the panel

Because of the rebrand the carrier appears as "DHL eCommerce". It's the same company and your contract remains valid.

"Invalid client id or secret" error

This error is not about your customer number; it points at your portal application's Client Id/Secret. Make sure you haven't swapped the two values.

"Not registered to plan" error

This is actually good news: your keys are correct. It means you haven't subscribed your application to the relevant product in the portal.

The keys are right but shipments won't create

The customer number or password wasn't accepted. These differ from the portal keys and come from your MNG contract; your online branch password may not double as the API password.

I can't download the label (barcode PDF)

The API has no separate label download endpoint; barcode values are returned in the shipment creation response. You can print the label from the MNG branch panel.

Live shipments won't create with test credentials

Test and live run on separate addresses and their keys are not interchangeable.

Frequently asked questions

Has MNG Kargo become DHL?

MNG Kargo has joined DHL Group and trades as DHL eCommerce. mngkargo.com.tr also operates under that brand. Your existing contract and customer number remain valid.

Are DHL eCommerce and DHL Express the same thing?

No. DHL eCommerce carries your domestic shipments on MNG's infrastructure; DHL Express is the international service and has a completely different API. If you ship abroad, see the DHL Express integration.

Do I get my API details from my account manager?

Only some of them. You generate the Client Id and Client Secret yourself in the MNG developer portal; the customer number and password come from your contract. You need all four for the integration.

Do I need to be an MNG customer to register on the developer portal?

No. Portal registration is free and asks for no company details. But to create shipments you need the customer number and password from your MNG contract.
