PayTR Integration
PayTR is a payment provider widely used by online stores. Once connected to Fenikya, card payments, instalments and bank transfer notifications all run in a single flow.
What does the PayTR integration do?

What do you need before you start?
Having these ready before you begin will speed things up:
- An approved PayTR merchant account
- Merchant ID, Merchant Password and Merchant Key
- Your company details and tax certificate
- Your legal agreement pages published on your site
How do you set it up?
- Get your Merchant ID, Merchant Password and Merchant Key from your PayTR merchant panel.
- In the Fenikya panel go to Settings → Payment Methods.
- Select PayTR and paste the details in.
- Verify with a test order, then go live.

Common problems
Payment succeeded but the order wasn't updated
If the PayTR notification can't be verified the order stays pending. Make sure your Merchant Key was entered correctly.
The refund amount came out wrong
Enter the refund in normal currency (for example 149.90). The system converts to kuruş — don't type 14990 yourself.
Trying a real card in test mode
Only the test cards provided by PayTR work in test mode.

Fenikya uses the notification address automatically; no extra configuration is needed in the PayTR panel.
How do I enter the amount when refunding?
