Criteo Integration
Criteo is a platform for retargeting advertising. Once connected to Fenikya, home page, product, cart and sale events are sent to Criteo, making your campaigns' conversion measurable.
What does the Criteo integration do?
Product views
The product a visitor views is reported to Criteo.
Cart tracking
Cart contents and value are sent.
Sale attribution
Completed orders are reported to Criteo so ad spend return can be measured.
What do you need before you start?
Having these ready before you begin will speed things up:
- A Criteo advertiser account
- Your Partner ID (not the campaign number)
- Your campaigns set up on the Criteo side
How do you set it up?
- Get your Partner ID from your Criteo account.
- In the Fenikya panel go to Apps → Criteo.
- Paste in the ID and save.
- Confirm the events are arriving in the Criteo panel.
If you get stuck during setup, you can write to our support team.
Who is this integration for?
For sellers running retargeting ads. If you want to measure which sales your ad spend produced, this integration is essential — without it the campaign runs blind.
Common problems
Sales aren't being attributed to ads
If only the home page event is being sent, conversion can't be measured. Check in the Criteo panel that product, cart and sale events are arriving too.
The Partner ID is wrong
Use the account number from your Criteo panel, not the campaign number.
Frequently asked questions
Is only the home page tracked?
No. Home page, product detail, cart and sale events are all sent.
