Netgsm Integration
Netgsm is an SMS delivery service. Once connected to Fenikya you can send order status notifications by SMS automatically and run campaign messages. With the İYS (Message Management System) integration your commercial message consents are recorded too.

What do you need before you start?
Having these ready before you begin will speed things up:
- A Netgsm account with credit
- An approved SMS sender ID
- Your İYS brand registration, if you'll send commercial messages
- Correctly formatted phone numbers on your customer records
How do you set it up?
- Get your username, password and approved sender ID from your Netgsm account.
- In the Fenikya panel go to Apps → Netgsm.
- Enter your details and test the connection.
- Choose which events trigger an SMS.

Common problems
SMS aren't being sent
You need an approved sender ID on your Netgsm account. Nothing can be sent until it's approved.
Sending to a number without İYS consent was blocked
This is a deliberate safeguard. Consent is required for commercial messages; sending without it carries legal penalties.
Out of credit
Sending stops when your Netgsm balance runs out. Top up from your panel.
Frequently asked questions
Is İYS mandatory?
If you send commercial electronic messages, Law no. 6563 requires consents to be registered with İYS. Fenikya reports them automatically.
Does an order notification count as a commercial message?
No. An order status update counts as a transactional notification and needs no separate consent.
