1. Purpose
This notice has been prepared under Law no. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages to inform you about the commercial electronic messages Fenikya may send you and to enable you to consent to receiving them.
2. Types of Message
If you consent, you may receive messages with the following content:
- new features and product updates from Fenikya,
- campaigns, discounts and promotional announcements,
- surveys, research and feedback requests,
- educational and how-to content on e-commerce, digital marketing and SEO,
- Fenikya blog articles and newsletter content,
- invitations to events, webinars and training,
- store launch and growth tips.
3. Message Channels
Commercial electronic messages may be sent to you through the following channels:
- Email: The email address you provided at registration.
- SMS: The phone number you provided at registration.
- Push notification: Push notifications shown within the platform.
4. Scope of Consent
By ticking the relevant box on the registration form you give explicit, informed consent to Fenikya sending you commercial electronic messages through the channels and with the content described above. This consent covers messages sent both directly by Fenikya and through service providers acting on Fenikya's behalf (email and SMS delivery companies).
5. Some Messages Do Not Require Consent
The following transactional messages may be sent to you even without your consent:
- membership, order, payment and invoice notifications,
- account security alerts and password reset emails,
- notices required by legal obligations,
- contract updates.
6. Opting Out
If you no longer wish to receive commercial electronic messages, you can withdraw your consent free of charge and without giving a reason, in any of the following ways:
- by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the foot of our emails,
- using the "RET" code given in SMS messages,
- from Settings → Communication Preferences within the platform,
- [email protected] by emailing.
If you withdraw your consent, your request is processed within 3 business days at the latest, after which no further commercial electronic messages are sent to you.
7. IYS Registration
As required by Law no. 6563, Fenikya reports all commercial electronic message consent records to the Message Management System (İYS). You can check the status of your consent through iys.org.tr and cancel it at any time.
